I tend to see clients for 4 sessions - Dependant on the situation and severity. My aim is to get you to your goal as quickly as possible, sometimes these changes are gradual and gentle, and for some people these changes are rapid.
I don’t promise overnight fixes, as clients who initially respond to a one-off session often revert back to their old patterns of behaviour when they are in a pressurised situation.
For some clients the changes are rapid, some take a little longer. If the phobia is deep routed it may take between 6-9 sessions to create a real and lasting change, the total number of sessions will be guided by your progress.
Hypnotherapy is a natural, safe and relaxing therapy. the client remains fully conscious and fully in control.

“I recently attended the IBS Network webinar on IBS and travel as I have experienced IBS-D since I was a teenager, for over fifty years. The speaker was Edward West (Ted), a clinical focused hypnotherapist and psychotherapist in addition to working as a commercial pilot.
